Good question. What do you mean by Leatt compatible? Can anyone help Stephen here?
I ran one of the race jackets (the lighter one, not the one pictured) with my Leatt underneath with no problems a few times…. but then I stopped wearing the rest of the suit and just rocked the spineboard with a Leatt underneath.
