Aaron Gwin wins Windham qualifying even after losing his chain early on!

Danny Hart was fastest at split one but crashed/mechanical before i2 and lost 10 seconds.
Josh Bryceland was 2nd at i1, but lost 6 seconds coming into i2.
Brendan Fairclough was 6th after split 2 but crashed/mechanical just 30 seconds from the line.
Greg Minnaar also lost time inbetween split 1 and 2.
Junior rider Loic Bruni had a great ride into 10th place.
Jorge Brannigan on a flier into 7th spot.

There seems to be only one constant in dh at the moment and that is Gwin. I’m starting to think he let Greg win pmb just so he could get the home town victory and now its all about Aaron Gwin(ing)

Gwin’s consistency is so impressive, dude can shred every track style!!
Sounds like a very selective track for a shorter one, with a couple/few very key zones in it. It’s going to make for some exciting action on Sunday – no need to sit up…just 2 1/2 minutes of letting it hang.
