With only about eight-ish weeks left before the Megavalanche, desk bound Paul Haysom, turns up the heat on his training program.
We were concerned that Paul was spending too much time in the wine bars and bistros of London Town and not enough time getting wet and muddy on the trails in preparation for his first attempt at the Megavalanche.
He took the hint, ordered one last Pinot Grigio for the road, wolfed down his quails egg and parma ham tartlet, said his arrivedercis, then staggered home to book a couple of uplift sessions at Cwmcarn and the FOD and a day out in Builth Wells.
Here’s how he got on.
