The Baeys have rocked up to Alpe D’Huez and will be beaming back daily Dude-isodes from the Megavalanche week.

Dudes of Hazzard Mega Vision – Day 1

It’s the week of the Megavalanche, the worlds biggggest mass start race here in Alpe d’huez, France.
We rocked up on Monday after last weeks Crankworx. I suffered a broken wrist after a Qualifying collision and so have taken up position as Dudes Team manager/ motivator/ videograher/ chief of distraction.

We will aim to get a little report along with some photos and Mega Vision edit up each day so keep an eye out for that, I’ll try and film some good riding as well as get a bit of chat with some of the favourites for the race hopefully some comedy antics and a wee look at the uninjured dudes preparation for the big race.

As its only day one not much has kicked off yet, so we got set up, sorted the bikes, smashed out a wee glacier run ( crash central) and relaxed with a bit of mini golf.

It should be a sweet week of sunny good times so be sure to check back each day and especially later in the week for Qualifying saturday, The girls race Saturday and the big final on sunday!

I will hopefully recruit fellow injured Scotsman Ali Parkin in the next few days for some comical chat so if you see us out and about with the camera come and say hi and make sure you do a gid stunt!
